UT San Antonio and UT El Paso are partnering to host this conference , where we will continue to explore the creative ways in which educational innovators are transforming the field.  IOL is designed for higher education faculty, staff and students who are engaged in any level of online learning, from enhancing a face-to-face experience to providing a truly blended approach to fully online.  As in past years, we will continue our discussions of best practices, successes in online student services, and future trends in technology.
