IOL Conference Registration - via Invoice

All conference attendees and speakers must register and pay for the conference. All cancellations made prior to May 4, 2012 will be refunded, not including a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made after May 4, 2012 are nonrefundable; however, a substitute person may take the place of the registered attendee.

Registration fees include a reception on Wednesday, and a lunch on Thursday and Friday. Dinner on Thursday is not covered by the registration fee. Please feel free to try one of the many fine restaurants along the beautiful San Antonio River Walk.
