Registration Fees, Deadlines and Important Information All conference participants (including *speakers) must register and pay for the conference. Cancellations must be received by Friday, May 7, 2010 in order to receive a refund less a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations after May 7, 2010 will not be refunded; however, a substitute may attend for the registered attendee.
Registration fees include a reception on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a dinner on Thursday. (Please note that the cost of registration has been kept at the same rate as 2009.)
Preconference Workshops
An additional fee of $25 may apply for certain workshops and will be noted.
Early Bird
