I am pleased to invite you to be a sponsor at the eighth annual University of Texas System Innovations in Online Learning (IOL) Conference, jointly hosted by UT San Antonio and UT El Paso. The conference will be held May 23-25, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency hotel on the San Antonio River Walk . IOL provides an opportunity for faculty and staff from across the state of Texas to share and spotlight innovative online learning strategies, designs, services, technologies and policies.

After last year’s tremendous success of reaching colleagues outside the UT System, for a third year IOL will be open and marketed beyond the UT System, further diversifying our audience. In addition to faculty and staff, the conference draws campus-based decision-makers who are involved in online learning, electronic resources, disability and learning resources, and IT services. We expect the conference to draw between 150 and 200 attendees.

Sponsorship Levels

This year there are five sponsorship levels: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Friend of IOL. Please see the attached chart for the benefits of each level.
Most levels have limited availability. Please reserve your space by submitting the Sponsorship Interest Form online.

Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Friend of IOL Levels

All diamond, platinum, gold, and silver level sponsors will be provided with space during the hours listed in the Sponsor Exhibit Schedule. The cost of a table is included. Internet can be purchased directly from the Hyatt.

The Opening Reception on Wednesday, May 26, 2011 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. will be the to interact with attendees. Throughout the conference, all food breaks will be held in the area around the ballroom, to maximize the time that attendees can mingle with sponsors. Note that as a diamond, platinum, gold, or silver level sponsor, your benefit package also includes one (or more) complimentary conference registration depending on your sponsorship level.  

Shipped Packages

The Hyatt can directly handle your shipped packages. All packages sent to the Hyatt should be received within, but not before 72 hours of the event, and also be clearly marked with the attached shipping form. See the Exhibitor Information Sheet and the Exhibitor Order Form for more information on shipping.
